USD provides quality, affordable new commercial and residential structures throughout Kenya. Speculation custom buildings and roads are built within the National Construction Authority regulations (NCA) and USD gives a first-time property buyer/investor price range. The prospective owners can customize cabinets, carpeting, paint, and siding to meet their desires. All projects are inspected throughout the construction phase for approval. Pre-sold properties are built at the buyer’s request and specifications.

Currently, the company builds two custom properties per year. The company is expecting and planning for moderate growth over the next 3 to 5 years due to low interest rates and an increase on the cap in Youth Funding. The company plans to expand to building four custom properties per year by 2019. The plan of growth is to work on staggering each new property being built in order for the owners to remain closely involved with each site and to hire qualified sub-contractors as needed. The owners plan on continuing to frame each property. The company has plans on contracting some properties in Westlands and Thika Road.
